By accessing or using EffortlessHome services, you agree to these Terms of Use and any referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the services. If you are acting for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for complying with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your use of the services, including telecommunications, privacy, consumer protection, and import or export laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activities occurring under your account. You must promptly notify EffortlessHome of suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, or security incidents affecting your account.
Subject to these terms, EffortlessHome grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for personal or internal business purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
You may not: reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; bypass security or access controls; upload malware; use the services for unlawful, abusive, infringing, discriminatory, or fraudulent activity; interfere with service performance; or access systems, data, or devices without lawful authorization.
EffortlessHome and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the services, software, branding, documentation, and content. If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant EffortlessHome a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without obligation to you.
Some functionality depends on compatible hardware, internet access, mobile carriers, app stores, cloud providers, and integrations outside EffortlessHome control. EffortlessHome is not responsible for outages, policy changes, billing terms, or performance of third-party products or services.
You may not use, export, re-export, transfer, or make available the services in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws, including those of the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and other applicable jurisdictions.
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where cross-border data transfers occur, you acknowledge that data may be processed in jurisdictions with different legal protections. EffortlessHome will implement commercially reasonable safeguards required by applicable law.
Paid offerings, if any, are billed under the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes, duties, levies, or governmental charges. You are responsible for all such amounts required by your jurisdiction.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EffortlessHome and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
EffortlessHome may suspend or terminate access immediately where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the services at any time.
Except where mandatory local law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EffortlessHome is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue unless a different dispute process is required by applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or state. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
EffortlessHome may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
