Sales Representative For Next Gen Home Automation & Security Technology Solutions (Fully Remote)

If so, we’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented salesperson to join our team as an independent contractor (1099) specializing in home automation and security systems for vacation and second home owners.

EffortlessHome LLC is dedicated to designing and building smart homes which truly simplify our customers’ lives. We have a next generation home automation and security solution with specialized workflows focused on addressing the challenges of certain market segments. This role will be focused on the Effortless(2nd)Home product suite which is targeted to vacation and second home owners as well as realtors and property managers. The solution reduces the risks, costs, time and frustrations with second homes while providing excellent ROI in reduced effort, insurance cost reductions, and improved guest experience.

About the Role:

In this independent contractor role (100% commission), you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and generating leads among vacation homeowners in your designated territory.
  • Educating potential customers about the benefits of our home automation and security systems.
  • Demonstrating the features and functionality of our products.
  • Presenting competitive quotes and closing sales.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

You are a perfect fit for this role if you have:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the home security or automation industry.
  • A strong understanding of smart home technology and security systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented work ethic.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
