Program Overview

The EffortlessHome Sales Representative (Rep) program is an extension of the Affiliate Program and all terms and conditions defined in that program also apply to this program. This program extends that program such that identified contractors will have a sales representative role with EffortlessHome and in return for identifying customer leads and completing the demonstration and other similar sales activities to complete the sale will receive a higher commission percentage (negotiated at time of contracting). Commissions will be paid as a percentage of the total sale amount (excluding any sales tax and shipping). Customers have 30 days to return their purchases, in the event of a full customer refund the Sales Representative commission will be retracted.

1. Classification

All Sales Representatives are independent contractors who should operate independently, control their work schedule, use their own tools, and will not be directly supervised. The Sales Representatives are responsible for any tax and legal compliance according to their country/state of residence.

2. Contractual Agreement

The scope of work and responsibilities are to identify (via research, advertising, networking/word of mouth, etc.) potential sales leads and work with those leads to identify the EffortlessHome product and service(s) which best meet their needs. The Sales Rep must be aware of EffortlessHome’s products, services, policies, procedures, terms of service, and EULA. They must be able to demonstrate the functionality and capabilities and answer questions. Once the Sales Rep’s activities lead to a verified sale they will be provided a commission at their rate per the terms defined in the Affiliate Program.

3. Compliance with Local Laws

The Sales Representatives are responsible for any tax and legal compliance according to their country/state of residence.

4. Payment Method

Payments will be made monthly via PayPal. Please discuss any alternate arrangements directly with EffortlessHome leadership. The Sales Rep is responsible to ensure compliance with the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations for their country of residence.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

Sales Representatives are responsible to adhere to data protection and privacy laws as applicable to their state/country of residence.

6. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

• Sales Representatives will have knowledge and exposure to EffortlessHome’s Intellectual Property (IP). EffortlessHome retains all rights to the IP of the products and marketing materials related to the company and its products and services.

7. Work Reporting and Deliverables

All work reporting and deliverables will be managed through the sales tracking functionality of the Affiliate Program in the EffortlessHome.co website. EffortlessHome reserves the right with its own sole discretion to discontinue the role of any Sales Reps (or Affiliates) who are non-performing and/or disruptive to the company’s business operations at any time with or without notice. Sales reps will be provided and assigned exclusive geographic territories. EffortlessHome may change assigned territories, reduce or remove exclusivity, or make any other changes at its sole discretion.

8. Non-Disclosure Agreements

All Sales Representatives must have a fully executed Non-Disclosure Agreement on file prior to beginning the role.
